#Origin?
Orthohantavirus is a single stranded,enveloped ,negative Sars RNA virus of the family of Hantaviridae of the order Bunyavirals.
#Firsts?
First recognized in November,1993 throughout the United States.
It affected four areas very badly named Utah,New Mexico,Arizon and Colorado.
This outbreak was know as 4 corner Hantavirus outbreak.
In Americas they are known as "New world"virus which can cause Hanta virus Pulmonary Syndrome (HPS).
Whereas others known as "Old world"mostly found in Asia and Europe.It causes Hemorrhagic Fever with renal syndrome (HFRS).
#Causes?
It affects rodents but do not cause any kind of diseases in them.
Humans can be infected with hantavirus through contact with infected rodent's feces,urine,droppings and saliva.
#Names?
It was known by a lot of names in the order given below:
•4 corner virus
•Muerto Canyon Virus
•Convict Creek Virus
•Sir Nombre Virus
#Important facts?
•It's non contagious.That means it can't be spread from person to person like corona virus.

•But it's more fatal.Because it's mortality rate is high( 38% ).
•It can survive 1 week in indoors and much shorter or hours in sunlight.
#Symptoms?
Early Symptoms:
It's symptoms will be recognized between 1 & 8 weeks after exposure of urine, dropping or saliva of infected rodents.
Symptoms are:
•Fatigue
•Fever
• Muscular aches especially in large muscles like hips,back,thighs or even shoulders.
Late Symptoms:
It will take 4-10days after initial phase.
Symptoms are:
•Coughing
•Lackness of breath
• Seems like lungs are filled with fluid
#Precautions?
1.First of all ,look for holes in or outside of your house and seal all of them.
2.Don't sweep or vaccine up the urine ,dropping of a mice.Just spray it with a disinfectant and throw it carefully.
3.Store foods in tight lid containers.
4.Sanitize everything and take good care of your wardrobe or store rooms too.
5.Remove garbage from your locality areas with care.
6.Don't touch your eyes,nose or mouth after touching the dropping or saliva of any mouse.
